A New Light for Your Backyard?  and, a P. S. on the recent mass murders in Paris

solarchurch3Folks- Seems like someone has thought of most anything to make and sell to someone else. This Solar Stained Glass Church Stake, which a dear friend gave me for Christmas for advising her some on the installation of solar panels at her home, confirms it.

Imploring her not to tell a soul, I said it was “the most awesome present I’ve received at Christmas in some while.”

So, what’s not to like, even love, about this?

Post Script– France’s U. S. Ambassador on the recent terrorist attacks

In today’s Washington Post, Ambassador Araud “offers a small history lesson: Unlike in the United States, which was founded on separation of church and state, criticizing religion has been at the core of French political debate since the revolution. ‘All the progressive part of the political life is, for historical reasons, anti-religious’…” Another observation from Ambassador Araud, tweeted last Friday: “Jews and journalists, the usual victims when the target is democracy, tolerance and enlightenment..” -amen
